Two men in our ward help run the 11 year old scout program and teach our 11 year old boys in Primary. They are spectacular men. One happens to be related to a professional football player who is currently playing for the Chicago Bears...Harvey Unga. Harvey came on a special night to talk to the 11 year old scouts as well as the deacons (Braxton and Carter sneaked in because Steve was there) about some of his life's lessons. He was inspirational and fun. I love any opportunity for my children to hear from outside sources that they need to stay strong in their beliefs, work hard for their dreams, go on a mission, and listen to their parents. :)
What a spectacular night! My thanks goes out to Dave, Saia, and Harvey for making this happen!
